66 Pally Club

                The tradition of brotherhood was the prime urge behind the unification of people which finally led to the establishment of 66 Pally Club. It was started in the year of 1951. From 2004 onwards we came into the arena of so called “Theme Puja” with “Khudito Pashan”, a marvellous creation of Sri Sanjit Ghosh. Next year in 2005 he came with a mind blowing idea & created “Shaktisthal”, a chain of temples with various Gods & Goddess in the lap of a mountain. This year we became the best puja in Kolkata by bagging various renowned awards in the aspect of Durga Puja which includes Snowcem’s Pratidin Serar Sera, Anandabazar’s Sera Pratima, Sera Theme, Sera Poribesh, Sonic, Rupa, Finolex, Statesman & many more. The appreciation through awards continues till last year when we create the nostalgia of Old Kolkata “ Tilittomma “ and won many awards including the Oscar of Durga puja Asian Paints discovery of the year. With the years, the expectation of visitors became higher & fortunately with the blessings of Goddess Durga, 66 Pally Club managed to meet up that level of expectation & in the near future our prime objective will be to win the hearts of many more spectators.

                With the association of various respected persons, 66 Pally is standing like a colossus in celebrating Durga Puja every year. For the last 12 years 66 Pally has been one of the major crowd pullers of Puja in Kolkata. It is situated in Rashbehari, the centre of Gariahat, Kalighat & Behala. Average foot falls in this puja for per day can be counted above 100000 which portray the fame of 66 Pally Club.

                This gala festival of Durga Puja will continue to be celebrated by 66 Pally Club as long as there is brotherhood & love among mankind. We eagerly await your positive feedbacks on the matter.
